Manage renewal separately.
Uninstalling Mendax or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase. Google Play shows the applicable renewal date and cancellation terms.
Account deletion can remove access to Mendax progress and entitlements. If you intend to stop future charges, manage your subscription as a separate step.
A purchase hasn’t appeared?
Use the purchase restore option in the app where available, with the original Google Play account. If access is still missing, contact support. Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s applicable process and your legal rights; deletion itself does not request a refund.
